Welcome to the Freedom In Ministry Network Church! We are a non-denominational church with an open, empowering spirit that embraces everyone. FIMNC was founded on the belief that anyone can tap into the timeless spiritual power that has guided people of faith through the ages. By harnessing this divine power – what some might even call the “supernatural” – we believe everyone can create a life filled with more love, fulfillment, purpose, and hope. Here, every soul is welcome to grow, serve, and find a supportive faith family on their journey.
At FIMNC, our mission is rooted in faith-based service and ministry empowerment. We are dedicated to welcoming all souls and teaching the ways of love and service. We train and ordain individuals to become ministers so they can perform all the duties of clergy in their communities – officiating weddings and funerals, providing spiritual guidance, and even starting new congregations. By equipping people with both spiritual knowledge and full legal authority as ministers, we empower them to spread hope, faith, and love far and wide. In everything we do, we strive to uplift communities and help each person reach their God-given potential in serving others.
Our ministry is built on core values that shape every aspect of our work and community:
Freedom In Ministry Network Church provides comprehensive services to equip and empower ministry leaders. Whether you’re just starting out or expanding an existing ministry, we offer support every step of the way:
One thing that makes FIMNC unique is our commitment to true freedom in ministry. We operate under a special designation afforded by 26 US Code § 508(c)(1)(A) and § 6033(a)(3)(A)(i), which acknowledges churches as inherently tax-exempt and independent from many of the constraints that typical 501(c)(3) nonprofits face.
What does this mean? In practical terms, it means our church (and those we help charter) enjoy the benefits of tax exemption, freedom of speech in the pulpit, and no burdensome reporting requirements that could hinder our message. We believe this 508(c)(1)(A) status is a way of honoring the First Amendment guarantee of true separation of church and state, allowing us to preach and serve without fear of government interference.
Not only do we cherish this freedom for ourselves, but we also help other ministries embrace it. FIMNC serves as a guide for churches and faith-based organizations seeking to establish themselves under 508(c)(1)(A) and reclaim their voice in society. Through our consulting and support, we assist ministries in obtaining this status so they can operate boldly according to their convictions – just as America’s founders intended for people of faith. By empowering ministries with these freedoms, we enable them to focus on what truly matters: sharing their faith, helping communities, and changing lives without unnecessary restrictions.
We warmly invite you to be a part of our vibrant community. Your journey in ministry and leadership can start today. Here are some ways to get involved and take the next step with FIMNC:
Together, we can spread the light of faith and freedom to every corner of our communities. Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or expanding an existing ministry, FIMNC is here to support and empower you. Join us on this inspiring journey of faith, service, and true freedom in ministry – we can’t wait to see what we will accomplish together!
Freedom In Ministry Network Church was chartered in 2022 as a Free Church and Convention of Churches under 26 US Code § 508(c)(1)(A) and § 6033(a)(3)(A)(i), in alignment with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, "the supreme law of the land." which states:

As a Free Church, we are autonomous and sovereign, operated by our Ecclesiastical Tribunal concerning all entitlements and endeavors.
As a Convention of Churches, we have the authority to license, commission and ordain Ministers, and charter other autonomous Faith Based Organizations (FBO).
