We are establishing a national movement of Faith Based Organizations and Ministers through our Association of Churches where our members are called to work together in the spirit of the Sermon on the Mount and of the first church in Jerusalem, sharing all our talents and resources (Acts 2 and 4) for the good of all, while maintaining the establishment of Seperation of Church and State. Our aim is the establishment of a vibrant community of Ministers dedicated to empowering all community members to reach their fullest potential in serving and making a significant impact in the world around us.
At the core of our existence is a belief in the transformative power of faith. We understand the challenges and restrictions that fFaith Based Organizations often face, especially when entangled in the complexities of legal statuses like the 501(c)(3). That's why we've made it our mission to help navigate these waters, through transitioning to the more flexible and freedom-affording status of a 508(c)(1)(a) Faith Based Organizations. This transition is not just about legal benefits; it's about embracing the full extent of our rights to free speech, tax exemption, and non-reporting benefits, ensuring that our voices can be heard loud and clear without fear of censorship or undue burden.

Freedom In Ministry Network Church was chartered in 2022 as a Free Church and Convention of Churches under 26 US Code § 508(c)(1)(A) and § 6033(a)(3)(A)(i), in alignment with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, "the supreme law of the land." which states:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
As a Free Church, we are autonomous and sovereign, operated by our Ecclesiastical Tribunal concerning all entitlements and endeavors.
As a Convention of Churches, we have the authority to license, commission and ordain Ministers, and charter other autonomous Faith Based Organizations (FBO).
