Konrad") and chartered to opertate under 26 US Code § 508(c)(1)(A) and § 6033(a)(3)(A)(i), in alignment with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, "the supreme law of the land." which states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

As a Free Church, FIMNC autonomous and sovereign, operated by our Ecclesiastical Tribunal which is led by Rev. Konrad concerning all entitlements and endeavors. As a Convention and Association of Churches, FIMNC has the Ecclesiastical and legal authority to license, commission and ordain Ministers, and charter other autonomous Faith-Based Organizations (FBO).

Leadership

As head of the FIMNC, Rev. Konrad leads an Ecclesiastical Tribunal of sovereigns who share a unified understanding that the practice of one's religious practices is a right, not a privilege.

Rev. Konrad is dedicated to strengthening the ministry's fellowship of ministers and providing new ministers with the tools they need to build communities through the institution of chartering other autonomous Faith-Based Organizations (FBO). With a history of membership in several denominational and non-denominational congregations, Rev. Konrad understands first-hand the challenges that Believers face in authentically practicing their personal religious beliefs and takes their cause personally.

Background

Born on the island of Jamaica to Christian parents, Rev. Konrad's early religious education was centered around Bible teachings. However, those early religious educational pathways raised many unanswered questions for Rev. Konrad, often resulting in "punishment for insolence and heresy" by the church leaders. Eventually Rev. Konrad withdrew from participating in any religion activities.

After migrating to the USA and entering the US Army, Rev. Konrad 's quest of answers was renewed and he sought them by attending the congregational meetings of various denominational and non-denominational religious organizations, including those that were non-Christian. In almost every one, his questions were met with resistance. In 1991, while attending another congregational meeting, the pastor unknowingly answered one of Rev. Konrad's questions during the sermon. Rev. Konrad decided to stick around and ask more questions. That decision lead to a 3-year membership in that congregation including ordination as a minister and associate pastor.

Rev. Konrad relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1994, and shortly after, joined another congregation where he served on the staff, but not as a minister, until 2001. At the beginning of 2001, Rev. Konrad had a vision that answered his questions and started him on a path of self-actualization of his authentic nature as a spiritual entity. He ended his fellowship with the congregation and continued on his path, seeking the chosen family he saw in his vision.

Rev. Konrad Philosophy on Religion

Today, Rev. Konrad lives in Tamarac, FL serving his chosen family and global community by sharing and teaching his insights on life and spiritual issues. His singular goal is that all, regardless of religious belief, gender identity, should live under society's protections of individual freedoms and rights, whether their spiritual beliefs are rooted in Judeo-Christian, African, eastern, and metaphysical spirituality teachings, or the enlightenment of philosophers, to name a few.

Rev. Konrad believes that every person has the constitutionally protected right to enter into religion their own terms, which includes the right to be ordained as a minister and start their own FBO to serve their community.

When it comes to religious beliefs, FIMNC exists to fulfill a spiritual need that other institutions are not willing to, or unable to provide - access to spiritual for all, regardless of religion, sexuality, or other defining traits. As the role of mainstream churches dwindles in the modern era, people are turning to those that they know and trust to bless them and their families. FIMNC exists to facilitate this choice.

There are no good reasons why any one should not be able to choose the most sacred rites of their life. It is your inalienable right to choose the religious pathway that you want to spend the rest of your life traveling, and equally so, with the persons best fit to travel that path with you.

Rev. Konrad Philosophy on Ordination

In order to make spirituality and its benefits available to all, FIMNC's ordination process removes the conventional barriers to ordination, eliminating mainstream churches as gatekeepers to this institution.

Choosing to serve one's community should be as simple as sharing your values and beliefs in an organized manner with your community. So, while ordination is an important step, it should not be predicated on spending the long hours and thousands of dollars that many mainstream churches demand, especially when it comes to leading spiritual communities because those costs are ultimately passed on to the communities.

FIMNC offers an alternative. Our ordination is not contingent upon declaring your exclusive faith and devotion to us, or any other institution. If you have a good-faith intent to leading spiritual communities, being committed to upholding your core values and our values in this capacity, then we gladly welcome you into FIMNC's ministry.
